1.   Managers Meeting (mandatory!)
                        Tuesday, June 7th, 6:00 PM at Highlands Park (in front of mansion)

2.   Players MUST sign the waiver form: Get form on our website (see top of flyer for address)
Do not sign for them!!!
ID’s will be checked against the roster.

3.   Send check and manager information by May 31st.
You can turn in the waiver form by your first league game
